I lost connects

I lost 28 connects as a "rollover", while we shouldn't have that anymore. (image below) I bought a plus plan just before the connects change, so I'd have the connects. The customer support said that you can't rollover more than 140 connect? Should connects be there for a year, and not a month?

No, you can only rollover 140 connects per month:

The relevant bit in the FAQ Section:

How many Connects can I roll over each month?

A freelancer can roll over up to 140 unused Connects each month.

So your puchased separately connects stay for a year and the membership ones dissapear in a month? I honestly thought that they would be also a year there.

One more reason not to use the membership.

It's really confusing about connects:
 First they say
Buy Connects as you need them for $0.15 each*
(*Connects expire one year after purchase date)

Then it's specified there:
Unused Connects rollover up to 140

Is this rollover done on monthly basis?
If yes, is it not contradiction with their term about connect bought expiration after one year of purchasing??

So yeah, basically, everything over 140 connects, no matter membership or manual puchase, will dissapear. Seems very unnecessary.
