I need help with "Sorry, something went wrong. We were unable to upload your image."

It seems that this problem has survived for many years, over and over. I readed another threads of the community trying to find a solution and nothing works. I already "erased the cache and cookies", "tried on another device" and "tried on another browsers. The file is under 5MB, jpg. format, with at least x250x250. I think that this concern to a server error but I'm not sure.

Nothing works. I need to contact Customer Support and get a ticket right? But how can I do this? Any ideas or tricks? It will be great to have some help, thank you!
