I purchase Connections but VAT for Connects is not generated in invoice reports

Hi, 

we purchased new 10 Connections, but in Transaction History is not traced VAT for Connects, even if we have set the EU VAT correctly: as a matter of fact the previous purchases are traced immediately with VAT too.

How can we require the VAT for Connects?
