Hi, I have upgraded my plan and made a payment.
However after 5 minutes I upgraded, I realized it's not worth for me so I changed the plan back to basic, but it doesn't mention about refund. I don't want to pay the fee to use the plan for 5 minutes.
I have tried to contact the customer team, but i wasn't able to find a way to contact.
Does anyone know how I could get a refund?
