ID card verification taking weeks

I believe my ID card verification is stuck or been forgotten because it's taking way longer then a day, it's been a week since I requested the verification but no responds. I also wasn't able to use my actually account to asked a question because it wasnt letting me choose locations  the user name of my account that's is on hold and is still awaiting my ID review is " bekiie " I need help

Hi Bereket,

It doesn't look like you need to verify your account yet. If the team finds the need to verify your account, you will be notified through an email, or through a notification in your account with more information on how you can complete the verification process.
