ISSUE ABOUT USING MY LOCAL BANK

Hi!

 

Currently had an issue of getting my funds. I used Local bank as payment method not knowing my card was closed already. My bank advise me to contact the upwork support, they said transaction can't proceed and my funds is floating. Is there any easy way to get my funds and transfer to my paypal instead? How will I get my funds back ? thank you

Hi Marie,

 

Direct to Local Bank transaction is processed within four business days. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, let us know and we will assist you further. Please also take note that bank holidays both in the U.S, and your location may affect these withdrawals. My card bank is already closed. As per my bank, any transaction cannot be
processed. Payment or my funds will not reflect because my bank card is
closed.

Is there a way I can use my paypal again to get paid.
