We are some friends doing freelancing work from our village. We do video editing and graphic design-related work. We don't have high-speed internet here and there are a lot of electrical interruptions. So I want to rent a house in our nearest town and work from there. If we 3 to 4 people work using one Wifi router, will there be any problem in our profile?

It's fine.
Upwork is not the "wi-fi police."
Upwork has automated algorithms designed to detect freelancers who are cheating the system, such as a single individual creating multiple user accounts.
But simply using the same wi-fi router and IP address is not against any rules and Upwork is not going to penalize honest freelancers to share such.
