Incorrect bank account details

I already contacted BDO and they confirmed that the amount I transferred Jun 16 was already deposited to the wrong account number. Its been a week now.

If it was deposited successfully, that's as far as it goes. Upwork can't get that money back. You sent it to that account.

If it was rejected by the bank because the details don't match, it will come back to your Upwork account within 1 to 2 weeks.
