Information needed: Can I get a refund from upwork membership payment?

Hi everyone! Do you know if I can get a refund from Upwork If i paid the freelancer plus membership by mistake? I literally cancelled it after 15 minutes???? I didn't realize that they will charge it to the money that I have on the platform. Thanks in advance!
