Invitation failed

Client was able to send an invite to another account but not to mine. What went wrong? How should I fix it?

Hi Erika,

 

If the client is trying to add you to their team they will need to send the invitation using your email address. If your client needs any help, you can refer them to reach out to us here or directly to Customer Support so that we can assist them further. Thank you.

Yes, they sent it to my email address. I triple checked before I gave it to
them. In the screenshot they sent, my email is also correct. What could be
the problem? Thanks for your answer.
