Is it allow to show sample work in my proposal?

Hi there!

I´m pretty new on Upwork and I´ve noticed that many clients ask in the proposals to show sample work, but I´m not sure If I can send a youtube link to show some of my work, and upwork only let me upload a video that is up to 25MB.

Is it allowed to send youtube links to show samples?

Yes, i usually post my youtube links on the cover letter. It doesn't allow links on the attachements.
