Is my long inactivity and not having a job affect my chance to become rising talent?

I join Upwork in March 2017 but did not have any jobs since I was busy as a full-time employee. I was layoff on April 25, 2021. since then, I started to focus on Upwork freelancing and finished seven jobs already within one month. I have also passed the Upwork readiness test and have a 100% complete profile. Is my prolonged inactivity and not having a job affect my chance to become a rising talent?
