Issues Editing Portfolio Photos

I've tried on multiple browsers, but I can't successfully add a photo (or edit a current photo) on an existing portfolio on Upwork. It won't let me scroll the page to the bottom to save. 

I've tried tabbing down to it, but it will only tab down so far. I've tried to selecting the entire screen to see if it would take me to the bottom, but that goes nowhere. I've tried doing a find on the screen to see if it would get me to the bottom that way but no luck.

Is this a known issue? I've tried on Safari, Chrome, and on Firefox so far. (I'm using Mac OS BigSur.) Is there some magical browser I can use to get this to work?

The page works fine before I upload any images. After that, it's unusable, and I can't save any changes.
