Issues with creating a specialized profile

Hello there. Hope this post finds you well.
I've published one specialized profile, and now I want to post my second specialized profile. When I go to settings>profile settings>add a specialized profile, new page loads showing 'freelancer profile not found'. Any assistance will highly be appreciated.

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with a different browser to see if the issue persists? If so, please send us a screenshot of the error so we could check.

Hi Andrea, thanks for your response. I deleted cache, cookies and browsing history. Unfortunately, no luck. The problem still persists, and the message ‘freelancer profile not found’ pops up. Your further assistance will be highly appreciated.
