FREE Connects

Hello Everyone,
Hope everyone doing well. I have sent a proposal & client hired me. There is no interview session. If any client takes an interview, then anyone gets 10 FREE connects! But the client directly hired me there are no FREE Connects!

If the client hires directly, then I think there should be a double reward. The Upwork team will consider this to encourage everyone.
