JSS dropped by 2%

Hello, My JSS was 100% and I was hoping to become top rated as I maintained that Jss for more than 13 weeks but suddenly my JSS score dropped to 79% when it was updated on 21st August. On 2nd September I locked a new client and start working on that project. On 6th September JSS was updated again and my score decreased from 79% to 77%. I haven’t closed any project in this period of time and no feedback was provided by the client so how come my JSS decreased by 2%? Just wondering if anyone else has faced this issue or what could be the reason behind it and how could I resolve this issue. Any help would be much Appreciated.

Possible is one of old contracts was excluded from JSS calculation time window. It is 1, 2 years.

Upwork never say how to JSS calculated realy.

This is not accurate. Window for calculation is 3, 6, 12, 24 months.
