Job Score

Hello:

I don't use Upwork much anymore as other work has kept me busy, but due to the death of a client's partner, work is now delayed indefinitely. So, I thought I would check things out here. I'm shocked to see my job success score at 61%. Except for one client who refused to pay, my scores are generally in the 4-5 range. Why would it go so low, and should I address this in proposals?

Time also comes into play. You should go to all the Help & Support articles on JSS.  We will never know exactly how it operates, but we can get a good idea.  Time, dollar weight, private feedback etc.

Honestly, you have some very low feedback. Often, private FB is even lower than public FB. And if high FB that was previously carrying you has fallen out of the calculation window(s), that will figure in, too.
