Job Success Score dropped

Hello, So I am facing some Issue In my upwork profile as my account Jss ( job success score) has dropped to 68% from 89% even though I have got a five star rating and a great feedback just a day before my jss was updated it should have increased but it got dropped without any reason. I have had great clients and I don't have any bad reviews but still it droped almost 20% and this is causing me some major issues in job hunting as I do not fit in the jss 80% criteria anymore and couldn't apply for a good job.
