Last 6 month my earning is more than $1000. I have done 9 project with 3 differant clients. When I will get job score ? Am I qualify as a Top rated  freelancer?

You only have 2 completed contracts. You need 4-6 completed contracts to get a JSS.

Am I qualify as a Top rated  freelancer?

No, once you get a JSS, you have to keep it above 90% for 13 out of the last 16 weeks.
