I have several Question.
1) My JSS Keep Decreasing. 5 star rating order completion but still still decreasse.
2) One of my client ask for refund. I was away on holiday could not complete the order. Is there any positive way to cancel the contract so it do not effect much ?
3) I am TOP RATED. I read that I can remove one negative contract effect how to do that.

1. Your JSS calculation depends on several metrics. You may get a 5-star rating now, but your JSS calculation also considers your last 24 months' performance. That may take down your JSS score. Please check the detailed breakdown of the JSS calculation here:

2. First, you should plan your holiday accordingly. You took an order and missed it. That represents your lack of professionalism to Upwork. It may hamper your JSS again. Anyway, you can still refund the whole amount and close the contract. It will not publicly damage your reputation. But upwork takes a private review from the client. And if the client gives a bad review there (In your case, there is a chance) it will affect your JSS.
3. As you are Top-rated, yes you have a perk to remove a bad review from your public profile. But it doesn't guarantee that your JSS will not be affected. And you need to email Upwork support to do so. You can get more details from here:
