If I have the "manual time approved" already in the contract, is it ok not to request it to the client?
Because the REQUEST hyperlink is still clickable.
So I'm not sure if I still need to?

Yes, if the Manual Time is allowed you're able to add the time to your Work Diary and your client will be charged automatically as per the Weekly Billing Cycle. That said, if you feel the need, you may consider discussing this with the client beforehand for the sake of communication and building a good relationship with them.
