Membership Billing being done from Earnings without authorization or prior notice.

Hi, 
I recently checked my earnings to see them reduced to half. Upon further investigation, I noticed that the membership billing was being deducted from my Earnings. When I signed up for my membership, it used to charge my credit card (which is still on record) but for the past few months it started deducting from my earnings without sending me any notice or change of terms. Honestly, Im a bit irked that this happened when the card is functioning and on record. Who to contact to resolve this?

If you have a sufficient balance available from Upwork earnings, we will use that to pay for your membership. If your balance isn't sufficient, we'll charge your chosen payment method. I understand you'd like us to charge your payment method even if you do have available funds. I will make note of your feedback regarding this and share it with the team.
