Messages: Recipient Time Zone | Poor Sync

I just noticed the recepient's time zone is right next to their name (web interface). Props to Upwork as this makes it much easier to schedule meetings, etc...

Unfortunately, the messages do not sync well, if at all, with the Android app. Way too often the app sends the push notifcation hours after the message was sent. And nearly every time, will send the push notification even if the message has been read on the web.

Sometimes I'm not quite the sharpest stone in the quarry, but that time zone identifier is great!
