Why we can not find the files on the client's page? each time i am trying to do some work and select clients work but i can not find the files that they want to work with

This is not an Upwork issue.

Upwork is not a file exchange service.

If you need files from the client, then you need to contact the client and ask him to provide you with the files.

Upwork places no restrictions on what tools you use to exchange files with a client. Use email, FTP, SFTP, Dropbox, USB thumb drive, WeTransfer, iDrive, iCloud, Microsoft One Drive, Google Drive, etc. Use whatever you want to use.

Upwork does not provide clients with a "page" where they post links through which freelancers may download files.
