Messages to the mobile app are delivered with one hour delay!!! Is it possible to get messages immediately after they sent by a client?

It probably depends on who your phone provider is - and maybe because you are in Russia.

I do not think so, I use other entertainment apps including Skype and everything works fine and messages are delivered immediately. I think there is a bug in UpWork's app.

Yes. That happens to me, too. I think this is very common.

That's why I don't rely on the mobile app at all.

In my case, I´m receiving the messages too late. A delay of 6 hours!! This issue is recent because in the past I was receiving the messages almost instantaneously.
