Hello Upwork team!
I was actively working with a client, he only activated Milestone 4, so only that button was visible to submit the work. As the client modified the contract, he created Milestones 5 and 6. I delivered the complete work on a Google Drive Folder. I asked if the images were okay or if any changes were needed. He replied, "The images are good," and stopped responding to my messages, without activating the remaining two Milestones. My question is, did I lose money and time? Is there any way to report this client? How does Upwork protect us against clients' bad behavior? Thank you very much for taking the time to read. I look forward to your response.

Yes, you lose money and time.
Never submit works before milestone prefunded activated.
Reporting is useless. Forgot.
