Money Withdrawal direct to local bank with incorrect account number

Hi guys, I just requested a withdrawal to my BDO, when I double-checked my bank account number it has 11 digits only(I thought it's correct, I've missed adding one number in it) but still Upwork approved it. Normally, BDO has 10-12 digits account number and Upwork says the payment has been processed. I'm so worried. Can I get my money back?

This withdrawal will return to your account once the transaction fails, which usually takes from 7 to 10 days. If after 10-days, it still isn't reflecting on your Upwork account, please get back to us so that we can issue a trace for you.
