I was due to receive my free monthly 10 connects on 3 September 2021. But I haven't received it yet. What can be the possible reason for this?

Hi Kamlesh,
If you go to your Membership & Connects page (Settings > Memberships & Connects), you will see your Connects History, and your Current Billing Cycle (your current Billing Cycle: Aug 10, 2021 — Sep 9, 2021 ). Your Connects will be credited to your account after the last day of your billing cycle. If you think you need more Connects before that, feel free to purchase more.
