Mpesa Withdrawal Not Received

It's been over 28 hours since I made a withdrawal via Mpesa and the withdrawal processed. However, I am yet to receive the money to my Mpesa account. What could the the problem here? Regards.

Same issue here. It has been days with Support looking at what went wrong. I feel it has taken a bit too long for them to resolve the issue.
