Multi-level marketing scams

I would like to report a scam I've encountered. The client mentions that I would be not payed for my work but would earn from recruiting people when this was not mentionned in the post. This keeps happening to me and I'm not happy with the quality of the contacts I've made here recently. I want to report this person and have my credits back, how can I do that?
