My Method of Payment OOP

I live in Lebanon, Beirut and I joined Upwork and got accepted by related affiliated freelance site, Babbletype, as a translator but none of the methods of payment is working with me. My Visa was rejected as  it was described as "not a US Visa", and Paypal has no connection on its listing with my country, Lebanon, Beirut.

I have never heard of B********e being "related and affiliated" with Upwork?

What are you trying to enter? A method to withdraw earnings?
Or a method to pay?

And where? On Upwork or B********e?
