Dear community, my previous client contacted me for additional work. Unfortunately, it seems that his client account is blocked.
XXX does not currently have access to Upwork and will not receive messages until access is restored.
Is there a solution to this problem, or do I simply have to create a direct contract?

Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear about your client's account. It looks like your client account has been suspended for TOS violation. I am unable to discuss other user's accounts with you for security purposes. Please note that initiating a Direct Contract or taking payment outside of Upwork with this client will be considered a serious TOS violation and may lead to action taken on your account.
