Non Receipt of Salary due to closed account

Hi everyone,

Will someone help me. I just transferred money from Upwork to my bank account today, September 2, 2020, and it was processed as per Upwork. But I did not know that the bank already closed my account last August 26, 2020. Will my money bounce back on my Upwork account? And how many days will I wait for it to return?

Yes.. your money will be returned back to Upwork. Normally it will take a week or two to get it back.

If there are any issues with your withdrawal method, the transaction will reverse back to your Upwork account within eight business days.
