Not Getting Proposal view

Hello Upwork Team.

Subject :- Not Getting Proposal view's & Interviews

I need some help. When I created my account, I was getting jobs and views on my profile.
But after a few weeks, when I verified My ID neither views nor interviews are coming on my profile.

After That I sent more than  100 proposal and  My view is Still same 

Can you please tell me What's Is problem here 

 Is This Normal?

This is my concern as well.

18/141 = 13% view ratio is the lowest I've seen (in my little time in Upwork) but I don't see it as something really out of the ordinary. There's someone with 14% view ratio in my thread, and the others I think are just a bit more than 20%.

What Should I do?

I write Proper Cover latter

 

It's not like My profile is bad looking or something  

I Have Work Experience and Also Good Portfolio Profile

Maybe we can't do anything if less than 20% is normal.

But maybe we can try to optimize:

1. The first two lines of our proposal
2. Our profile title(s)
3. Our picture
4. Our skills (that should match what the client is expecting).

Because, from what I understand, those are the things (maybe more) that are visible to clients before they click-open our proposals.

So, the rest of text in our proposal, or how great our profile is, should have nothing to do with this view ratio. They will affect the interview ratio later.

And I'm also struggling here so don't ask me about the details of that 4 points above. 😐
