Not getting hire from last one year

I am a top-rated freelancer with nine years of experience. Working since 2014 on Upwork when it was oDesk. I earned a lot and did many tasks. but from the last one year, I applied to many jobs but not getting any response from other side. Don't know what is the problem these days.
