Not sure if feedback to client went through

The client closed the contract. I submitted feedback about the client, but I'm seeing a prompt to give the client feedback. I don't know if my feedback was successfully processed through Upwork.

Try this:
My jobs -> All contracts -> Click on the contract you have done -> Click on the tab "Details" -> You will see all feedback on the right side menu (If it has) below "Company Information" box
