Not very frequent project posting by clients ??

Has the Upwork system changed ??? I keep on refreshing the "find a job" page and new jobs are loaded approx every 10 to 15 minutes..This wasnt the case earlier as they were more frequent..Not sure , if i am the only one who has noticed this!!
