Notice a drop in web design proposals

Has anyone noticed a drop in the number of proposals for web design job posts? I see a lot of jobs with 15-20 proposals when they used to number in the 50s. Did Upwork finally clean up all the bots and spammers?

Yes, I saw it, it looks like Upwork has removed almost all bots.
