Online status automatically sets to offline on app

Hi community gurus

I have some issues

1. My online status automatically sets to offline on Android app,

2. My profile not getting views even I'm sending proposals on daily basis and not getting any projects or invitation s since 7,8 months 

Don't know what but....

But I'm very depressed due to these issues 😭

can please please guide my, how I can get projects or invitations
