Anyone else get a notification about speaking at the Open Mic? Curious about what it is, who the audiences are? Fellow freelancers? Clients? Public? Just trying to see if anyone done this before so I can understand what topic I should talk about and for how long.

We will be launching the first Open Mic event in September. This will be a rapid-fire knowledge-sharing event series for talent on Upwork who will gather together for online share & learn events.

I'm guessing they sent an invite out to all freelancers who crossed a certain earnings/time threshold.

I don't know what to talk about. It listed leadership/your story/etc... but for how long? Is it like an hour long with 3 or 4 freelancers or ... and just to make sure, the audience is only fellow freelancers?
