Order from Project Catalog (Should I cancel it or do a refund)?

Hi, I created a project catelogue long time ago and I forgot to pause/delete it as I was not getting any sales from that in first place. I switched my niche too.

I recently got and order where the client without any notice placed an order before giving an indication on this.

What should I do? should I cancel the order or click refund?

Will this affect my JJS score and take my Top Rated badge away?

Please help me on this. Thanks in advance

Cancel will refund also. You can do it if not want to proceed.

You can explain with messages that you are busy or so to avoid bad feedback.

Yes if bad private feedback will be left. But no reason to do it, you did nothing bad.

Also you can remove it with top-rated perk if needed. Watch JSS, take action.
