Page blank after entering details for hiring freelancer

After I enter the details to hire a freelancer and clicked "Continue", the page comes up blank (see attached). 

I've tried this several times using different browsers (Safari and Chrome), clearing my cache, and using private browsing, to no avail. I would like to pay the freelancer so he can complete the job I've posted, but I can't seem to proceed with payment.
