Hello! I noticed that my supposed pay for last week's work was still under review. Likewise, I have already asked my client if he has processed my payment for it and he said that UpWork automatically takes the money from their bank account. My client has never been late in paying for my payment. This is the first time this has happened. In addition, my friend (she has a different client) has hers also in review and in the same situation as me. Thus, I'm wondering if Upwork is the one who has the problem. Please help, thanks.

Yes, that does happen sometimes, especially if it's an hourly contract and not fixed-price, but it just means that the payment is still being processed. Not sure why though. Since you've been paid by this client before, you should be fine. Just keep checking the pending payments to see when it's cleared and will be available.

I've noticed it usually clears up Sunday nights or Monday mornings. If it hasn't by then, definitely contact Upwork about it.
