Payment Not Reflecting in My Local Bank After 8 business days.

Hello,
On the 20th of July, I issued a payment to my local bank account from my Upwork profile ($30). I was meant to be credited with $29.01, but it has been eight business days and I still have not received the money. I've complained once and was asked to wait for eight business days. Please help.
