Hello community:
Generally, when I ask for a transfer of founds to local bank, I immediately receive an UpWork notification of my payment confirmation, and then in a few minutes (like 30 or so) I recive another one telling me my payment has been processed. I made a transfer to local bank a few hours ago but I haven't recieved neither the first nor the seccond notification.
I know it hasn't been that long, but never happened this before.

No worries, we're happy to check this for you! In general, Direct to Local Bank payments take up to four business days to arrive at your bank. I can confirm the transaction you're referring to has been initiated but not processed yet. If 3 business days pass without receiving our payment has been processed email or 8 business days pass and your funds have not been deposited into your account, please follow up with us and we'll be happy to assist you further.
