Payment has not been processed

I got 'Payment Confirmation' email 13 hours ago. Usually i got 'Payment has been processed' email 2-3 hrs after that. But today 13 hrs gone and i still havn't received that email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the email to arrive. Then direct to local bank payments take up to four business days to arrive at your bank. If it hasn't reflected on your account after 8-business days, please reach out to us so that we can issue a trace for you. First time having this problem. Don't know it can take upto 24 hrs. Thank you for the information. I will wait for 24 hrs.
