Payment issue?

I have withdrawn my available earnings to my local bank first may 2021. I usually get 2 email confirmations, one with the confirmation and the one with the amount I will get after currency conversion. Still, I only got the confirmation email. It's been 4 days or so and usually I would get the second email an hour(or even earlier) after the first one. Haven't received the funds on my bank account either. Could you help?
