Payment keeps getting declined

My payment keeps getting declined with null account ending in null. I double checked my card info and even deleted it and readded it. Now i have to wait 3 days to get my funds and I need them now. It was working this whole time til now.

I deleted my old payment method and added my new one, waited 3 days for security reasons, tried to get my money, and it still keeps getting rejected. I noticed that after my boss sent me an extra 20$ from the last instapay, thats when it started rejecting my request. Can I please have my money? I literally need it to live!
