Payment not received yet

Hello, yesterday I received a notification saying the payment has been processed, but it still doesn't show on my bank account. What can I do? I have added a PayPal just in case there are problems with my bank account, will the money be automatically be sent to PayPal if Upwork fails to send them to my bank account? Do I have to wait more?  It's the first time I'm getting paid and I really have no clue of how it works

Hi Giulia,

 

Please know that Direct to Local Bank transfers takes between 2 to 5 business days. If it hasn't reflected on your account after 8-business days, please reach out to us so that we can issue a trace for you. You can check out this article for more information about fees and timing associated with the Direct to Local Bank method.
