Payment not reflecting on balance

  I did the Job, client release funds but it has failed to reflect on my account. It has been stuck on pending since it was released by client

Hi Michael,

By design, when a client releases a milestone payment to you, it goes through a five-day security period. If you go to your Pending tab from your Reports Home Page, you'll be able to see the date on which those funds will become available for you to withdraw.
